Never one to shy away from a good yarn and growing up with ‘the gift of the gab’, Sharnae always seemed destined to one day end up working in media. Falling in love with radio at a young age, her broadcasting career started at Mackay’s community radio station 4CRM in 2009. She has now spent 14 years in the industry, including presenting the Breakfast Show at CROW FM 90.7 and now Afternoons on 1287 2TM.

Having covered a range of big events such as the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and the Gympie Music Muster, she is looking forward to the annual Tamworth Country Music Festival – and yes, she does like country music! With interests in the arts, music, motoring and travel, she can’t wait to get to know the locals of the region and share stories from the community.

3rd February 1950 - 17th January 2020

Grant Goldman started his career here at Radio 2TM at the age of 15, before moving onto work at many incredible radio stations over his career. He also dabbled in television and many high profile voice over gigs.

Since 2000, he has hosted breakfast on the Super Radio Network, in which 2TM has taken his program between 5am and 6am. Tamworth was home for Grant and he was also extremely passionate about this region and had many family and friends here.
