1. Tamworth’s “Dance For Cancer”

Tamworth’s very own “Dancing With The Stars” raise money each year for a great cause; The Cancer Council.


Everyone has been touched by cancer one way or another and this will be one amazing night ahead. You'll be greeted with a deluxe grazing box and a champagne cocktail on arrival, plus go in the draw to win a holiday getaway.

4. The Tamworth Greyhound Cup

Saturday 22nd June // Tamworth Greyhound Track // 12pm


An incredible day ahead at the Tamworth Greyhound Cup, featuring the $5000 Mikeloren Patisserie Tamworth Cup.


Gates open at 12 noon and racing from 1.30pm and don't forget the bar and canteen facilities available, with bookmaker and tote for your convenience.

5. The Tamworth Nations Cup

Sunday June 23rd // Gipps Street Playing Fields // 10am


This special event will bring together a variety of cultural teams, including one from Council, and will kick off the inaugural Tamworth Nations Cup with the aim of “Bringing the Tamworth Communities Nations together in celebration of National Refugee Week.


6. “Return To Earth”- The Movie

Sunday 23rd June // Capitol Theatre Tamworth // 6pm

7. Courthouse Hotel Closing Party

The Courthouse closing down party is on, and the staff are inviting you to get along and drink the bar dry! The Courthouse is closing for renovations, so join in the party while you can with great drink specials and a live band from 8.30pm till late.


8. Casual Sports Night At The Sports Dome

Saturday 22nd June // Tamworth Sports Dome // 5pm- 8pm

9. Horse Riding Adventures

Saturday 22nd- Sunday 23rd June // Tamworth & Kootingal Horseriding

10. Quirindi Miniature Railway
