In 2TM’s ongoing commitment and tradition to promote Australian Country Music, 2TM are excited to announce the commencement of our new weekly show ‘2TM Australian Country Music Chart’.
Since its inception in October 2019, the 2TM Australian Country Music Top 20 Tracks chart which is released each Thursday morning has become hugely popular, often circulating to tens of thousands of country music fans via social media in both Australia and overseas.
It made sense for 2TM to expand on this, and so the decision was made to countdown the top ten Australian Country Music songs of the week.
The show will commence on Friday 23rd May 2020, hosted by 2TM’s very own Country Music singer/songwriter, Sally-Anne Whitten and will run for an hour each Friday between 4-5pm.
2TM is steeped in country music history, being the founders of the Tamworth Country Music Festival in 1972 and has since grown into Australia’s biggest annual Music Festival.
Make sure you tune into 1287 2TM each Friday between 4pm-5pm as we continue to bring you even more Australian country music.
