With the huge success of the first 2TM Discovered quest, we are super excited to announce the 2nd 2TM Discovered quest is now open for submissions. Budding artists are invited to submit a demo via the 2TM website, showcasing their original work and talent as an entrant into 2TM Discovered for 2024.
Five finalists will be chosen from the submissions, and invited to perform at the Discovered concert, on stage at Centrepoint Tamworth during the 2024 Tamworth Country Music Festival. The concert will be hosted by 2TM’s brekky announcer, Monte Irvine. Each of the 5 finalists will be invited to individually co-host the 2TM Breakfast Show over five consecutive days of the 2024 Country Music Festival prior to the concert with 2TM’s Monte Irvine.
The 2TM Discovered concert will be held on Centre Stage with media partners, Centrepoint Tamworth on Saturday 27th January 2024. A panel of three recognized judges will decide the winner on the day at the conclusion of the performances of the five finalists. Prizes for the winning entrant include an exclusive 2TM Discovered trophy, airplay on 2TM and a Centrepoint Tamworth Giftcard to the value of $500.
Submissions close on 30th November 2023 with the five finalists being revealed on December 1st. An interview on 2TM with each artist will feature, one per day the following week.
